Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal trends through 2026-2030 horizon
- Develop strategic frameworks for future-proofing business models and product roadmaps
- Lead scenario planning workshops and trend impact assessments for executive stakeholders
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership on disruptive innovations
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-state solutions and validate market readiness
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex foresight insights into actionable business recommendations
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication excellence
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- Published thought leadership on emerging trends or disruptive innovation
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
