Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional think tanks to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities
- Partner with C-suite to future-proof business models against disruption
- Author white papers on 2026 technology trends for industry summits
- Oversee incubation of moonshot projects with $50M+ innovation budget
- Establish global frameworks for ethical tech governance in 2026 landscapes
Qualifications
- PhD in Futurology, Systems Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in strategic innovation at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Published author in top-tier tech/futurism journals (e.g., Nature Futures, MIT Tech Review)
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (blockchain, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Proven track record of launching future-defining products/services
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Arabic (global markets)
