Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology impact frameworks using predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops mapping future skill requirements for AI-augmented workforces
- Design ethical governance protocols for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Produce quarterly horizon scanning reports on biotech, climate tech, and quantum breakthroughs
- Partner with policy teams to shape regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Build strategic roadmaps for metaverse infrastructure and spatial computing adoption
- Mentor junior futurists in futures thinking methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or technology innovation consulting
- Expertise in trend analysis tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AGI, and biotech convergence
- Proven track record developing long-term technology roadmaps
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published future scenarios or impact assessments
- Experience with AI ethics frameworks and policy development
