- Produce annual 'Horizon Scan' reports identifying emerging risks and opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype next-gen human-AI interfaces
- Advocate for ethical frameworks in exponential technology adoption
- Present findings at global innovation summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years analyzing exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership on 2025+ societal transformation
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, STEEP analysis)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 on disruption preparedness
- Certification in sustainable futures or systems modeling preferred
