- Design innovation frameworks that integrate sustainability, ethics, and human-centered design
- Present visionary insights to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and innovation ecosystems
- Mentor next-generation futurists and cultivate a culture of forward-thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies (PhD/MSc preferred)
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends with 85%+ accuracy
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and disruptive innovation models
- Deep understanding of AI/ML, quantum computing, and biotechnology trajectories
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management (e.g., CFIP preferred)
