Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive trends impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 3-5 year strategic roadmaps
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions
- Present trend analyses to executive stakeholders and board members
- Author quarterly futurist briefs and trend prediction reports
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops for cross-functional teams
- Monitor geopolitical, technological, and socioeconomic shifts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in trend analysis or strategic foresight role
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend-mapping methodologies
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with AI/ML trend-prediction platforms
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
