Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological and societal trends (2025-2030 horizon) to identify strategic opportunities
- Develop comprehensive future scenarios and impact assessments for business units
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on innovation priorities
- Design and implement agile strategy frameworks for rapid market adaptation
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into actionable product roadmaps
- Present strategic insights to executive teams and board members
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive disruption vectors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech strategy roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformations
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFMP) strongly preferred
