Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast technological, economic, and social trends through 2026 using advanced data modeling and scenario planning
- Develop strategic frameworks for adopting emerging technologies including quantum computing, AGI, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align departments on future-vision initiatives
- Create predictive risk assessments for disruptive market shifts
- Present executive briefings on future-state opportunities and threats
- Design innovation roadmaps with 18-24 month implementation horizons
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-generation solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of guiding organizations through technological transitions
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or tech strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) required
