Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic foresight frameworks for 2026 technology adoption across key industries
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, biotech, neural interfaces) and their societal impacts
- Design innovation roadmaps integrating AI ethics, sustainability, and human-centric design principles
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state technology implementations
- Produce horizon-scanning reports and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation human-machine interaction systems
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term technological adoption and societal readiness
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology planning
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech: quantum computing, AGI, neural interfaces, and synthetic biology
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into business strategy and implementation plans
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex future scenarios to diverse audiences
- Experience collaborating with global research institutions and technology policy bodies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or similar) preferred
