As a key member of our Future Horizons division, you'll lead cross-disciplinary teams to prototype and validate next-generation interaction paradigms. You'll work directly with Nobel laureates, quantum physicists, and cognitive scientists to develop scalable frameworks for human-AI symbiosis.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for human-AI collaboration systems
- Lead research initiatives in quantum neural interfaces and adaptive AI architectures
- Architect ethical frameworks for next-generation autonomous decision-making systems
- Collaborate with neuroscientists to design brain-computer interaction protocols
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and government innovation councils
- Manage R&D budgets exceeding $5M for experimental technology validation
- Author white papers that influence global tech policy for 2026+ ecosystems
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Cognitive Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 tech firms
- Published research in Nature/Science on human-AI interaction (2018-2023)
- Expertise in ISO 26000 and IEEE 7000 standards for ethical technology design
- Proven track record scaling AI systems from prototype to enterprise deployment
- Fluency in at least three programming languages (Python, Rust, Haskell preferred)
- Experience securing DARPA/EU Horizon grants for experimental research
- Public speaking record at Web Summit, TED, or equivalent venues
