Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic foresight frameworks for 2026 technology and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and risks
- Produce trend reports and scenario analyses for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to align innovation pipelines with future market needs
- Establish KPIs and metrics for future-readiness across business units
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Policy, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Experience with horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Published thought leadership on future technology or sustainability trends
