- Produce high-impact trend reports and executive briefings on AI, biotech, and sustainability
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-focused solutions and validate market viability
- Establish innovation KPIs and track progress against 2026 strategic milestones
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a forward-thinking enterprise mindset
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Strong data visualization and storytelling skills for complex concepts
