- Develop strategic roadmaps for future product/service integration across global markets
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate 2026-vision solutions with engineering and design teams
- Partner with C-suite executives to align organizational goals with long-term tech evolution
- Produce trend reports and predictive models for stakeholder decision-making
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting future tech adoption
- Mentor junior strategists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-tech planning
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or relevant technical field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Experience with agile/lean innovation frameworks
