Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological convergence points to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive innovations (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Produce executive-level trend reports and predictive models for C-suite decision-making
- Identify and cultivate partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Design resilience protocols for supply chain and workforce evolution
- Present strategic roadmaps to investors and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, neurotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology journals
- Experience with horizon scanning tools and predictive analytics platforms
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS, APF) strongly preferred
