As a key member of our Future Intelligence Division, you'll analyze quantum computing advancements, AI ethics frameworks, and sustainable tech paradigms to develop actionable roadmaps for Fortune 500 partners. You'll collaborate with C-suite executives to translate complex future scenarios into competitive advantages.
Responsibilities
- Forecast technology and market trends for 2026-2030 horizon using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Develop strategic frameworks for adopting emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, Web3.0)
- Lead client workshops on future-proofing business models and digital transformation
- Author whitepapers on sustainable innovation and ethical AI deployment
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions with 18-month lead time
- Analyze geopolitical shifts and regulatory impacts on tech ecosystems
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic consulting or corporate innovation roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Proven track record of developing scenario planning frameworks for C-suite audiences
- Strong data visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis tools
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., Association of Professional Futurists)
- Experience with climate-tech or ethical AI governance initiatives
