- Design strategic frameworks for long-term innovation pipeline and R&D investment prioritization
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive stakeholders to prepare for market shifts
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready capabilities into roadmaps
- Establish industry thought leadership through whitepapers, keynotes, and media partnerships
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future-proof methodologies and adaptive strategies
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating future insights into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic trend analysis methodologies
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills with data-driven decision-making
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing high-stakes decisions
