Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends to develop 2026 strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead cross-functional workshops mapping future technologies to market opportunities
- Produce annual 'Horizon 2026' trend reports with actionable recommendations
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready innovations into roadmaps
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Monitor geopolitical shifts affecting tech adoption timelines and regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing future technology roadmaps (2018-2023 experience required)
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, climate tech, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related technical field
- Published thought leadership in emerging tech (white papers, patents, or keynotes)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Strong data visualization skills using tools like Tableau or Power BI
