Responsibilities

- Partner with R&D teams to prioritize innovation investments in quantum/AI/biotech
- Author thought leadership on future-proofing organizational resilience
- Advise executive team on regulatory and ethical implications of emerging tech
- Establish global networks with futurists, academia, and policy influencers
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for climate adaptation and resource scarcity
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech analysis
- Published work on exponential technologies or long-term trend forecasting
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and backcasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI implications
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight (e.g., WFS, APF)
