Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends to develop 2026+ strategic roadmaps for product innovation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight data into actionable R&D priorities
- Partner with C-suite executives to align corporate vision with emerging technological shifts
- Produce trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks for board-level decision-making
- Identify and evaluate breakthrough technologies with 3-7 year commercialization potential
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight intelligence network
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 5 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating complex trends into market-ready strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend impact analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-shaping initiatives
