Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for global market disruptions and technological inflection points

- Produce annual Horizon Reports detailing technological trajectories and competitive landscapes
- Advise executive leadership on strategic investments in next-gen R&D initiatives
- Represent the company at Davos, CES, and future-focused symposia as a thought leader
- Mentor innovation teams in anticipatory design methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, tech R&D, or futurist analysis with Fortune 500 exposure
- Published research on exponential technologies (AI, biotech, nanotech) with peer-reviewed citations
- Expertise in systems thinking and scenario modeling tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
- Proven track record of scaling innovation from concept to market impact
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or equivalent field
- Deep knowledge of 2026 UN SDGs and ESG frameworks for sustainable tech
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
