- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs for trend forecasting
- Mentor junior futurists on scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Represent InnovateNext at global tech summits and policy roundtables
- Design and implement KPIs for measuring long-term strategic impact
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech analysis
- Published work on technology disruption (whitepapers, patents, or industry journals)
- Proficiency in trend-mapping tools like Gartner Hype Cycle or Delphi methodology
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, neural interfaces, and climate tech convergence
- Experience advising C-suite executives on multi-year transformation strategies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or foresight academy)
