As part of our elite Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives to translate future insights into actionable business strategies. Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and societal trends impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic models and predictive frameworks for long-term market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-focused insights into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Produce executive-level foresight reports with quantifiable impact assessments on emerging paradigms
- Establish and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Design and implement agile innovation methodologies for rapid prototyping of future-ready solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with compelling data visualizations and narrative storytelling
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional data visualization skills with proficiency in tools like Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
- Experience publishing foresight research in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from APF or CFS) preferred
