Responsibilities
- Develop predictive frameworks for 2026 technological and societal disruptions
- Lead cross-disciplinary research initiatives in AI ethics, biotech convergence, and space economics
- Produce strategic foresight reports for C-suite executives and government agencies
- Design scenario-planning models for climate resilience and resource allocation
- Mentor next-generation futurists through Horizon Labs' incubation programs
- Present findings at global innovation summits (Davos, Web Summit, etc.)
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent interdisciplinary expertise
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, policy development, or emerging tech consulting
- Published thought leadership on singularity or post-scarcity economics
- Proficiency in predictive modeling tools (e.g., Palisade @RISK, AnyLogic)
- Experience with quantum computing or synthetic biology commercialization
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ industry-disrupting foresight projects
- Security clearance for classified innovation initiatives
