As a key member of our Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to develop actionable roadmaps for 2026 and beyond. You'll analyze technological convergence, societal shifts, and market disruptions to identify breakthrough opportunities that drive sustainable growth and competitive advantage.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market trends impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic frameworks for adopting emerging innovations (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Produce executive-level trend reports with actionable recommendations for board stakeholders
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align organizational strategy with future opportunities
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for innovation initiatives targeting 2026 milestones
- Represent the company at global tech foresight forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, R&D leadership, or futurist analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: AI ethics, quantum applications, decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- Published thought leadership on technological convergence or scenario planning
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTR) or equivalent strategic foresight training
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on digital transformation
