- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future opportunities and risks
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and trend briefings for executive stakeholders
- Design and validate experimental prototypes testing 2026 consumer behaviors
- Partner with R&D to integrate future-focused innovations into current pipelines
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused role
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and metaverse ecosystems
