Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities through 2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for quantum computing integration and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational capabilities with future market demands
- Author whitepapers and executive briefings on emerging risks and opportunities in climate-tech and neuro-interfaces
- Establish KPIs and metrics for tracking strategic innovation maturity across enterprise divisions
- Partner with R&D to prioritize next-generation product development pipelines
- Represent the organization at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, futures research, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record developing long-term strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies

- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
