Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic innovation framework, integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead scenario-planning initiatives for global market disruptions in next-generation industries
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D pioneers
- Drive organizational adoption of future-proof technologies through change management programs
- Present visionary insights to stakeholders via executive briefings and industry keynote presentations
- Oversee the creation of a '2026 Tech Radar' monitoring emerging trends and competitive threats
- Mentor internal talent in futurist methodologies and strategic foresight practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies or market-defining initiatives
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, neurotech)
- Exceptional data storytelling and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformation projects
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation (e.g., MIT Sloan, HBR)
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies or Strategic Foresight preferred
