Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends through 2026 and beyond
- Develop strategic frameworks that position our company as a pioneer in future-facing industries
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on long-term innovation priorities
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive market shifts and regulatory changes
- Author thought leadership publications on future-proofing business models
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate next-generation products and services
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism role
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into executable business strategies
- Expertise in systems thinking and complex adaptive systems modeling
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, and climate tech convergence points
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate abstract concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation
