Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze 2026 technology trends across AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating emerging technologies into core business functions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision
- Produce white papers and thought leadership on disruptive innovation
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions with 3-5 year horizons
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-economic shifts affecting tech adoption
- Establish KPIs for measuring future-readiness across departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Certification in Futures Methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning)
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist research or projects
