Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technology adoption
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across biotech, AI, and quantum computing sectors
- Design and execute scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical and technological disruptions
- Present foresight briefings to C-suite executives and government stakeholders
- Develop predictive models for technology adoption and societal impact
- Collaborate with R&D teams to ensure ethical alignment of innovations
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology paradigms
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight or technology innovation roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Experience presenting complex futures concepts to executive audiences
- Strong background in ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
- Published work in futurist or technology innovation publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
