Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and market inflection points through 2026
- Develop quantitative scenario models predicting socioeconomic impacts of emerging trends
- Design strategic frameworks for clients to navigate exponential change and future-proof their operations
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to translate foresight into executable roadmaps
- Build proprietary trend intelligence databases using NLP and predictive analytics

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years experience in strategic consulting, innovation management, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Mastery of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)

- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS, APF) preferred
