Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 10-year strategic foresight frameworks for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, climate engineering)
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive teams to prepare for 2026+ market disruptions
- Produce quarterly trend reports analyzing socio-technological shifts impacting global industries
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating AI ethics, sustainable development, and human augmentation
- Represent InnovateX at Davos, World Economic Forum, and futurist conferences
- Mentor cross-functional teams in anticipatory thinking and adaptive strategy methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate futurism
- Published research on 4th Industrial Revolution implications or exponential technologies
- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools (Horizon Scanner, Delphi Method, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (biotech, AGI, space commercialization)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (CFP or equivalent)
