Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 technology foresight frameworks using trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive innovation opportunities
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with actionable strategic recommendations
- Build and maintain ecosystem of academic, startup, and industry partnerships
- Translate complex future scenarios into product development roadmaps
- Represent company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor internal innovation teams in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record of developing long-term technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Strong data visualization and scenario planning skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or related field
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from World Future Society) preferred
