- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across healthcare, energy, and AI sectors
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype solutions for emerging market opportunities
- Present trend analyses to executive stakeholders at quarterly innovation summits
- Author white papers on disruptive technologies with 3-5 year adoption curves
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Published thought leadership in emerging technologies or future trends
- Experience with cross-industry scenario planning for 2025-2030 horizons
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management (e.g., CFIP)
