Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech/social trends and translate insights into 5-10 year strategic roadmaps
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership on 2026 industry disruption
- Develop proprietary foresight frameworks using AI-driven trend analysis and ethnographic research
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions aligned with long-term vision
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures thinking methodologies
- Establish KPIs for tracking innovation maturity and future-readiness
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in trend analysis, horizon scanning, and scenario development methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial products/policies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPC, APF) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-vision projects with measurable outcomes
