Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic roadmaps for AI, biotech, and climate tech verticals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging technologies and geopolitical shifts
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and quantum applications
- Present findings to C-suite executives and international policy boards
- Mentor junior futurists and establish industry thought leadership
- Secure $5M+ in innovation grants through strategic partnerships
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or technology innovation roles
- Proven track record in developing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, synthetic biology, and AGI
- Experience with policy advisory for federal/state technology initiatives
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
- Portfolio of published foresight research or white papers
