Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies and market shifts through 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks for future-proofing business operations
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Produce trend reports and competitive intelligence briefings
- Design innovation pipelines integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech strategy
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and scenario planning
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
