- Establish innovation partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech pioneers
- Translate complex future-state possibilities into actionable product roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications on exponential technology trends
- Advise board members on long-term risk mitigation and opportunity capture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future technology planning
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Exceptional systems thinking and pattern recognition capabilities
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
