Your work will directly shape Horizon Dynamics' product roadmap and client advisory services.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, climate resilience, quantum computing) to identify 2026 opportunity spaces
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping future-ready solutions
- Author foresight reports and trend briefs for executive stakeholders
- Design ethical frameworks for emerging technology deployment
- Partner with venture capital arm to evaluate 2026-disruptive startups
- Present strategic recommendations at global industry forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, Web3)
- Experience developing ESG/sustainability roadmaps
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ foresight projects with measurable impact
