- Mentor a team of 12 futurists and data scientists
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in strategic planning with proven 5+ year foresight accuracy
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Published author in peer-reviewed foresight journals or major media outlets
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (STELLA, Powersim)
- Experience advising C-suite on 2020-2025 technology transitions
- Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio of successful 2020-2025 foresight predictions
