Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ trend forecasting frameworks using AI-driven scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development cycles
- Produce whitepapers and strategic briefs on disruptive technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, etc.)
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness across R&D and marketing divisions
- Represent company at global futurist forums and industry summits
- Mentor junior innovation specialists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on 2025+ technological disruptions
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Experience with AI/ML for predictive modeling
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF)
