Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to future-proof organizational roadmaps
- Produce trend briefings on exponential technologies (quantum, bio-AI, climate tech)
- Design and implement innovation sprints for emerging market opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D to validate future-state business models
- Publish thought leadership in peer-reviewed foresight journals
- Mentor junior futurists in predictive analytics and pattern recognition
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years experience in corporate strategy or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in emerging technology ecosystems (blockchain, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Proficiency in futures research tools (Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Published author in foresight or strategic innovation domains
- Experience with scenario planning for Fortune 500 clients
- Certification in Advanced Foresight Methodology (AFM) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating trend forecasting accuracy (minimum 85% precision)
