- Develop multi-year strategic roadmaps aligning emerging technologies with business objectives
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on disruptive futures
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for 2030-era challenges
- Author thought leadership publications on industry disruption vectors
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio for high-impact ventures
- Mentor junior futurists in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record translating foresight into executable strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful strategic foresight projects
