Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socio-political shifts, and market disruptions to forecast 2026+ industry landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic plans for exponential change adaptation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product roadmaps
- Produce actionable trend reports for executive decision-making
- Identify and quantify untapped market opportunities in nascent domains
- Design resilience frameworks against black swan events
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-state solutions
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or disruptive innovation
- Expertise in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- MBA or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
