Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026-2030 strategic innovation roadmaps using predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI) and their commercial applications
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive market opportunities
- Produce quarterly horizon-scan reports on geopolitical, technological, and socioeconomic trends
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen products and services
- Advise executive team on long-term risk mitigation and competitive positioning
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, space tech)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (articles, books, patents)
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFMP preferred)
