As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with quantum computing researchers, neurotech pioneers, and climate scientists to prototype breakthrough paradigms. Your strategic insights will directly shape product roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients navigating exponential change.
Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year strategic roadmaps for AI, biotech, and climate tech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to map exponential technology impacts on industry verticals
- Author visionary whitepapers on ethical AI governance and digital sovereignty
- Prototype future-state scenarios using simulation tools and predictive analytics
- Advocate for inclusive innovation frameworks in global policy forums
- Mentor emerging futurists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or technology innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario planning and trend analysis for 2026+
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., ACIF) preferred
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/R) for modeling
- Published work in futurist journals or tech innovation platforms
