Our team operates at the intersection of science and imagination, where we prototype solutions for climate resilience, neural interfaces, and autonomous ecosystems. You'll collaborate with Nobel laureates, Silicon Valley architects, and global policymakers to build the frameworks that will guide humanity's next decade.
Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for clients in healthcare, energy, and manufacturing sectors
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to identify emerging risks and opportunities
- Produce horizon-scanning reports on quantum AI, synthetic biology, and spatial computing
- Partner with product teams to prototype next-gen human-AI interfaces
- Advose C-suite executives on future-proofing organizational structures
- Represent company at Davos, TED, and World Economic Forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Computational Physics, AI Ethics, or Systems Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in strategic consulting or R&D leadership at top tech firms
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI
- Fluency in future forecasting methodologies (Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating impact on $1B+ technology initiatives
- Security clearance (Top Secret) preferred
