Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 technological foresight frameworks using predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and policy teams
- Produce annual 'State of the Future' reports for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Curate exclusive futurist summits with thought leaders from MIT, Singularity University, and NASA
- Design ethical AI governance frameworks for emerging technologies
- Secure $5M+ in innovation grants from federal and private sector partners
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation strategy at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Published author in peer-reviewed futurist journals or top-tier tech publications
- Expertise in exponential technology trends (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, causal layered analysis)
- Track record of implementing future-ready strategies with measurable impact
