Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative/qualitative discipline
- Minimum 7 years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating complex data into actionable strategic frameworks
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
