Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps across 5+ industry verticals
- Lead scenario planning workshops for Fortune 500 clients
- Produce annual 'Future State' whitepapers with 100K+ readership
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets for prototyping emerging tech
- Present at global conferences (CES, Web Summit, Davos)
- Mentor a team of 3 futurists and innovation specialists
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term strategic impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published research in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Expertise in technology adoption curves and diffusion models
- Certification in Futures Studies (e.g., CFCS preferred)
- Track record of launching products with 5+ year horizons
- Proficiency in futures mapping tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Experience advising C-suite on exponential technology trends
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
